AppVerix Forms stores the minimum needed to run the app.
What we store
Form settings, submission answers, optional file uploads, submitter email when the form collected one, optional marketing consent, notification email, Turnstile site key, and plan state. Customer records in the store are created only when you turn that on and the shopper submits.
Deletion
Uninstall clears sessions. customers/redact deletes that email's submissions. shop/redact deletes forms, submissions, files, and the shop row.
